It was a good experience. Wasn’t expecting to leave with a purchase but things worked out. Only thing is the mileage on my paperwork says 20 miles and I got it when it had 132, so I’m guessing a lot of test driving.

Mr. Carter, I received your survey and noticed you were unhappy with your experience so I wanted to reach out. If I don't have my facts right, let me know but this is what I was told. Your vehicle was diagnosed here in March 2024. At that time, we told you that you would need a new radio but that the vehicle could possibly need further diagnosis. You purchased the radio module on your own and had another shop install it (it appears all that they did was unplug the old radio module and plug in the new one so it was left hanging down under the dash). You asked if we could program it to the vehicle and install it properly. You were advised that we could program it but since another shop had worked on it, we could not guarantee it would work and that you would be responsible for programming even if it did not solve the concern. We explained that we prefer to not go behind other people's work as we are not sure what has been done to the vehicle. The programming did not fix your concern and we explained that we did not desire to do any further diagnosis / install after another shop had already been working on the vehicle. Hopefully you can understand our position on this as it is nearly impossible to go behind another shop's work. Please reach out if we can be of any further assistance. Jay Prince Prince Automotive

there was confusion because The sticker on my windshield said my appt was 5,000 or the middle of july. I got a notification to set up appt for my first free inspectipn now and I only had 1500 miles on it.. The young man in the service dept read both the sticker and my notification. He said I could wait until July or have it done now. I chose w to have it done now. It was completed and I am satisifyed and my new sticker says 9/14 6,500 which is 5,000 plus the 1500 on the speedometer. I am happy with the truck.

My service advisor has assisted my wife and I with the difficult process of dealing with Endurance Extended Warranty services. Although we were under tremendous frustration, Josh Hewett kept us well informed and always ensure us that we would be taken care of. After 2 months of aggravating correspondence with Enduance and a denied repair claim, Josh was instrumental with providing positive options assure we would be taken care of. Recall repairs are ongoing and Josh has kept me and my wife happy customers despite of the huge inconvenience of still being without a vehicle. As a valued GM customer and gold member, his customer service expertise is exactly what we expected. Josh even made rental car recommendations to assist with our travel delimmas while we wait for a GMC recall solution, and although we did not get suitable option to lower our 2 month out-of-pocket vehicle expenses, he tried to assist. We are absolutely disappointed and completely dissatisfied with the failed performance of our 2022 Yukon Denali purchased from Prince GMC of Valdosta, we are very happy that understanding service technicians like Josh Hewett goes above and beyond to take care of us. He truly made us feel like we were valued customers despite of unsatisfactory efforts for a midterm solution for our almost 3-month transportation gap.

Truck brake pads and rotors were replaced approximately 6 months ago and were already worn down (noticed by Firestone employee while have service done). Service Manager Josh had truck rechecked on the spot to verify pads were faulty and ordered new parts along with scheduling future date to conduct repairs. He also provided a warranty for the pads since supposedly it's uncommon for GM brake pads o wear out after 7k miles. Very pleased with Josh's assistance, corrective actions and accommodating me as a walk-in.

I was very impressed with Tim Wauhop. I was having a problem with my car phone...no one could understand me. My sound was garbled and muffled. Left the car there for service. When i got back to pick it up he explained several things to me, came out to the car and took the time to show me how to disconnect my phone and use car play to resync my phone with my car. It worked. Just his voice shows how caring and patient he is with customers.

Great customer service! Josh was very helpful. Not his fault, but I was told one hour, and even got there early, at 9:30. My appointment was at 10. We did not get out of there until 11:30. I had two children with me, one hour would have been great. To add: We switched to a GMC after my Expedition's transmission went out and Ford would not do anything about it. I am concerned we made a terrible mistake now that GM has had so many failures recently! Please continue to back your vehicles and make improvements.

I took my truck in on July 2nd for diagnosis in reference to a brake issue. I was told that it would be handled quickly. Three days later my truck still had not been looked at. Each time that I called to check on it, my service partner was away from his desk. I left messages for him to call me and that never happened. He finally texted me and said that they should be able to look at it soon. My response was that I am coming to pick it up. It was a work truck that I needed. I thought that the service would be better at a dealership.

Warranty repairs have been made to my vehicle, along with my first free oil change. The scheduling of repairs was weeks out from my request and each problem was going to be an additional diagnostic fee if these were not warranty repairs-why? I was asked how wires were cut and electrical tape put on them for the display monitor that was in my dashboard and I have only had this vehicle 4 months and purchased it from Prince. It was a bit of an emotional roller coaster as the customer regarding possible expenses, but they pulled it together in the end.

Underwhelming is how I would describe this. I had to take my truck back twice for a recall. They said they did the first time, but didn't. I was charged $45 to fill my DEF tank, only to find out it was only filled to 3/4 full. The staff aren't the friendliest you'll ever encounter, so yes, underwhelming is the best way to categorize my visit, and likely the reason I won't return.

It took me 2 months to even get into the shop to get seen and they it took another 2 1/2 weeks for the park to get there and both times they had it in the back the truck came back to me with grease print and smudges on both sides of the truck and hood after I asked them to make sure they cleaned there marks off of it

During the test drive, he began to establish rapport, which helped during the entire sales process. After the purchase, he took time to sit in the car with me to explain "my new computer on wheels". I had major engine (noises/metal in the right side intake/cylinder) repaired and replaced INFORMATION Center. The repair process was very demanding/time consuming due to multiple engine diagnosis and OEM parts backordered! Daniel Minns, Service Rep. was - AWESOME!!! He kept me abreast of parts/repair status daily. Additionally he coordinated warranty repair approval for over $5K with my Non-GM agency. All repairs are operating perfect.
